New Clients & Breed Policy

At this time, I am accepting a limited number of new clients and may be selective to ensure I can provide the time and care each dog deserves. Priority is given to dogs who require a calmer, more patient grooming environment, including senior pets and those who may not do well in traditional salon settings.

Please note that I am no longer accepting Extra Large breed dogs (such as Pyrenees, Mastiffs, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and similar) for new clients. This policy does not affect any current XL clients.

If you are unsure whether your dog falls into this category, feel free to reach out for clarification. 🐾

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you take on new clients?

My goal is to make space for dogs who may struggle in traditional grooming environments, dogs who may not like other dogs including those who need extra time, patience, and care overall.

Because of that, I may not always be able to accept every new request, even if your pup is a great fit otherwise. I truly appreciate your understanding as I shift my focus to support the dogs who need it most 🐾

Do you groom Extra Large Breeds?

At this time, I will no longer be taking on Extra Large breed dogs for any new clients. This includes breeds such as Pyrenees, Mastiffs, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and similar XL breeds.

This does NOT affect any of my current XL clients - you are absolutely still welcome and nothing will change for you!

If you’re unsure whether your dog would be considered an XL breed (especially mixed breeds), please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask

How often should I groom my pet?

✨ Grooming Guideline ✨

Keeping your pup on a regular grooming schedule isn’t just about looks - it’s essential for their comfort and overall health 🐾

Here’s a general guideline:

• Short-coated dogs: every 6–8 weeks

• Medium/long-coated dogs: every 4–6 weeks

• Doodles & high-maintenance coats: every 4 weeks (sometimes sooner)

• Senior dogs or pups needing extra care: customized schedule

Staying on a consistent schedule helps prevent matting, keeps your dog comfortable, and actually reduces grooming time (and cost) over time 💛

If you’re unsure what schedule is best for your dog, feel free to reach out - I’m always happy to help guide you!
